Yahoo! The open house on Sunday was a big success. We ended up with three offers over our asking price. If all goes through as planned, we’re going to end up $11,000 over our what we were looking for. How awesome is that?

We bought it
We’re a little late in posting the news, but we bought the house! Settlement is set for the end of April, so it’s time to start packing up.
The first thing to come up is selling our current house. We just listed it today, February 23rd, and we’re not going to show the house until Sunday. [...]
