Memorial Day

Memorial Day was a nice day around the house. First we had Miss Anne over for brunch. Miss Anne made a nice omelet for us and we sat out on the deck in the shade, quite relaxing. Then she grabbed Jean and they made a little excursion over to Kohl’s.
We spent the [...]

Mudhens move to 4-1

Sunday brought another baseball game, and this one wasn’t really close. Jake’s team won 13-7, but the score make’s it sound a lot closer than it really was. Jake went 2-3 with a single and his first career double, and he scored two runs.
